RIYADH: King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received a written message from Rwanda鈥檚 President Paul Kagame on Wednesday.
President Paul urged bilateral relations between Rwanda and Saudi and discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation in various fields.
The message was received by Saudi鈥檚 advisor at the Royal Court, during a meeting with the Rwandan minister of foreign affairs, Vincent Perotta.
